This single estate Extra Añejo Tequila has been aged for more than 6 years in white oak barrels lending the spirit an incomparably golden hue, an unrivaled complexity, and an unmatched smoothness. Made in small batches from top quality organic blue agave this tequila drinks like a fine cognac with a thick viscous body to match. The nose offers a delightful mix of peach cobbler and cashews while the palate highlights the notes of baked green apples and cinnamon dusted Creme Brulee. The finish is long and complex, a cacophony of baking spices spicy Mexican dark chocolate.
