This single malt from Teeling Distillery is an absolute gem. It is our only Irish whiskey to utilize the crystal malting process; a unique high-heat method of malting barley that yields more complex sugars. It possesses a wonderfully complex aroma with intense notes of caramel, brown sugar, dried fruit and spice, a great body and an amazingly long-lasting finish. This is an absolutely unique Irish single malt experience. Aged 23 years in choice hogsheads.
