Product description

This delicious specialty matured in oak casks is produced in our very own vinegar factory using malt vinegar and malt extract. The typically malty notes are reminiscent of the smell in a brewery, and this fine balsamic vinegar is best enjoyed with mature cheese or as an addition to gravy sauces. Also great in sausage salad and with raw vegetables.
